WASHINGTON, D.C. — At the urging of Congressman Fred Keller (R-Pa. 12), the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) announced it plans to fully resume in-person operations and submit a report to Congress regarding a backlog of over 500,000 veterans records requests no later than mid-July.
