SCRANTON (WOLF) — Amtrak said it would like to expand and improve its rail service across the country as part of President Biden's proposed American Jobs Plan, including right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

WASHINGTON DC – 12th District US Congressman Fred Keller (R-12th, Kreamer, Pa.) hosted an hour long tele-town hall Tuesday evening, talking to a dozen Valley residents about the US Mexico border crisis, proposed gun law changes, and government over-spending.
U.S. Congressman Fred Keller said during a one-hour telephone town hall event Tuesday afternoon, that he will be traveling to the southwest border to assess the situation for himself, "and be informed about what is happening."
Several questions by callers were very concerned about illegal immigration, and the situation at the border, which Keller referred to as a crisis.

The lawmaker addressed those and other topics prior to and while answering questions from callers during the hour-long event.
