Congressman Fred Keller sends letter to Speaker Pelosi calling for release of ALL impeachment-related deposition transcripts
Washington, D.C. — After weeks of leaking cherry-picked information from closed-door depositions, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Impeachment Czar Adam Schiff today selectively released transcripts from two of the depositions conducted since the so-called “impeachment inquiry” began on September 24, 2019.
In response to today’s news, Congressman Fred Keller (R-PA) sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff requesting that they immediately release the full and complete record of transcripts for the American people to see.
“The release of today’s transcripts is nothing short of a continuation of the selective leaks being pushed by Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff as a means to create a one-sided narrative to help their public case against the President,” Congressman Keller said. “Last week House Democrats, led by Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff, promised the American people transparency. This week they are continuing their impeachment inquiry in secret and leaking testimony. It’s time for this to stop. It’s time for Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff to release ALL of the transcripts.”
