WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Fred Keller (PA-12) yesterday was one of 419 members of the House of Representatives to vote to repeal Obamacare’s Cadillac Tax. H.R. 748, the Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019, would repeal the 40 percent excise tax on more than 181 million Americans’ employer-sponsored health insurance plans.
