Representative Fred Keller, along with Tioga County commissioner Mark Hamilton and state Rep. Clint Owlett, embarked on a rigorous tour of Tioga County Tuesday, Oct. 1.
Taking advantage of his spare time while Congress is out of session, Rep. Fred Keller, R-Kreamer, was hosted by state Rep. Clint Owlett, R-Wellsboro, on a tour through Wellsboro and nearby areas.
“Our philosophy is, if we want to make sure that we get the policies correct, we need to be out here talking to the people that are getting the job done,” said Keller.

Melinda Piccotti was known for giving back to her local community and for helping area veterans.
Piccotti, an Air Force veteran, founded the Hunts for Healing organization, which helps soldiers wounded in combat and other combat veterans transition back into civilian life by allowing them to experience the joys of hunting.
